Jarlsberg Cheese is not made on small farms in rural communities, but rather is produced in large quantities through a multi-stage, high-tech manufacturing process. The special bacteria that gives it its famous wide-eyed holes and its sweet flavor is cultivated in a controlled environment, then added to the curd midway through the cheesemaking process. Jarlsberg Cheese was first produced in 1815 and has long since become Norway’s most famous cheese and a household name here in America.

The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
